BURGERSFORT – Boredom is over for local children.

This was evident when Thaba Moshate Casino, Hotel, and Convention Resort upgraded its Naledi kiddies centre at the casino and introduced a new play area for children, located to the left of the entrance. Learners from Wem Combined School were lucky enough to be the ones to enjoy the toys and games for the first time last Friday.

The kids took turns participating in games including a sack race, bowling, chess, tin-can alley and had turns on the see-saw.

Speaking to Steelburger/Lydenburg News, Bongani Sikhosana of Thaba Moshate, said they aim to keep children entertained and busy at the casino.

“We have lots of entertainment for adults and we realised that we needed to add more fun for the kids, which is the reason we brought additional games for them. I like the bright smiles that we brought to their faces today. It was clear, they enjoyed it,” Sikhosana added.

For the children to enjoy access to the kiddies centre as well as the play area, they need to pay only R65, which includes a party pack. There are also various prizes and goodies on offer.
