Police root out dagga plants at local farm

OHRIGSTAD – The local SAPS’s crime prevention members discovered dagga plants on a farm, Kaspernek Orchards on Tuesday.According to the station’s spokesman, Sgt Kholofelo Phokane, they raided the farm outside the town.”The plants were immediately uprooted when it was found. No one was arrested as the suspect fled when he saw the police van. We will strive to get him, in order to get more information related to the matter.”Phokane encouraged locals to report people dealing with drugs and dagga at the police station.
